7. Replacement Policy

• Replacement Policy: We offer replacement for most products within 24 hours of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. We need video recording incase of product received in damaged condition so kindly record the unboxing procedure. Replacement request can be approved or rejected by us based on the unboxing video submitted.

• Refund Policy : We are not offering refund policy currently.
